TAMWORTH-Level 4 Production Operator - Base/Comp

- 810 hour days | Early morning starts from 4:00am
- Location: Tamworth, NSW

About Our Client

Our client is a leading precast concrete business seeking an experienced Boilermaker or skilled fabricator to join their yard team. This is a hands‑on role assisting with mould set‑ups and general fabrication work.

What You Will Be Doing

- Setting up and preparing moulds for precast concrete production
- Welding and fabricating steel moulds and components
- Reading and working from basic drawings and measurements
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Carrying out modifications, repairs and adjustments to moulds
- Ensuring moulds are correctly aligned and ready for production
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production requirements

What You Will Need

- Boilermaker Trade Certificate OR welding/fabrication experience equivalent to a trade qualification




- Previous welding and fabrication experience
- Experience with mould set‑ups or similar fabrication work highly regarded
- Drivers Licence
- Ability to pass a medical including D+A

$43.44 per hour base + penalties
