About the Role

n

As a Grade 2 Registered Nurse you'll play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our residents. This hands-on leadership position involves guiding a team of personal care workers and delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care.

1. Qualifications and Compliance

- Current AHPRA registration.
n
- Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards.
n
- A valid National Police Check (dated within two months) or willingness to obtain.
n
- Permanent residency or Australian citizenship (sponsorship not available) Applicants must currently reside in Australia to be considered.

2. Skills and Experience

n

- Proven ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and lead a team.
n
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reporting skills.
n
- Proficiency in de-escalation techniques.
n

3. Technical Proficiency

- Familiarity with aged care software systems.
n
- Solid understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS) and compliance requirements.
n
