Valentine Bowling Club in NSW's Lake Macquarie region is seeking a passionate Banquet/Function Chef to join our kitchen team. This full time role involves a 4-day rotating roster, including evenings and weekends, and delivering high-quality food for our members and guests.

You will oversee daily catering and function services, maintain consistency and food safety, and work closely with the Head Chef and front-of-house to ensure smooth service at events and dining experiences.
