About the role
We're looking for aChef de Partie with previous Fine Dining experience- ideally from a hatted or Michelin-regonised kitchen - to join our team for an immediate start.
You'll work with a deep knowledge of produce and tenchique, helping craft complex, seasonally driven dishes in a high-performing kitchen.

This is a permanent position with a flexible weekly roster, with paid overtime.

Advanced understanding of contemporary dining principles, with strong technical skills
Experience in fine-dining venues and tasting menu concepts
