Credit Analyst & Loan Processor: Mortgage broking n

We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Credit Analyst & Loan Processor to join our growing team at Shore Financial in North Sydney.

n

You’ll work directly alongside two high-performing mortgage brokers settling more than $100 million annually, gaining exposure to property investment, construction, trusts, self-employed clients and portfolio lending.

n

We want someone who understands the fundamentals of mortgage broking and is eager to take on more responsibility and build a long-term career in loan processing and credit.

n

This isn’t a role where you’ll be stuck doing the same administrative tasks every day. You’ll be part of a young, driven and social office, working closely with brokers, clients and lenders.

What you’ll be doing n

n
- Manage loan applications from document collection through to settlement
n
- Complete servicing calculations and lender comparisons
n
- Assist with structuring residential lending scenarios
n
- Prepare applications and supporting credit notes
n
- Communicate with clients, lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders
n
- Coordinate with our offshore support team
n
- Monitor the pipeline and keep clients updated
n
- Stay across lender policies and credit changes
n
- Help improve processes as the team continues to grow
n

Who we’re looking for nn
- At least 2 years’ experience in mortgage broking,



credit or loan processing
n
- A positive understanding of residential lending and the loan application process
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
n
- Confident written and verbal communication
n
- Someone proactive who takes ownership of their work
n
- A genuine desire to learn and progress within credit and loan processing
n
- Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative and energetic office
n
- Experience with ApplyOnline, SalesTrekker, FLEX or similar systems is beneficial
n
- You don’t need to know every lender policy from day one. We’re more interested in finding someone with the right foundations, attitude and willingness to develop.
