Mater Hospital Brisbane is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead Catherine’s House, Australia’s first integrated mother and baby unit. This full-time, permanent role shapes statewide perinatal and infant mental health care in a values-driven environment.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team across public and private pathways, ensuring safe, contemporary, family-centred care and robust governance. This is a high-impact leadership role within Mater’s mission.
