As a Disability Support Worker at Nextt, you'll support people in a shared home to build independence, stay connected and enjoy meaningful everyday experiences. From assisting with daily routines to encouraging participation in activities, you'll help create a safe, positive and supportive setting.

We're looking for a positive, proactive and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our established team in Bonbeach, Victoria.

n

This is a great opportunity for someone with open availability who enjoys variety and can work across morning, afternoon, evening and sleepover shifts, 7 days a week.

- Personal care and continence support

- Medication assistance

- Manual handling and hoist transfers

- Meal preparation and dietary support

- Domestic duties and daily routines

- Community access and social engagement

Certificates & Licences Required:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Working with Children Check
n
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
n
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent
n
- Australian Driver's Licence and fully insured vehicle
n

Pay Rates

E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)

SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax)

- Base hourly rate: $36.81
n
- Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $40.49
n
- Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday)$41.23
n
- Saturday: $51.54
n
- Sunday: $66.26
n
- Public holiday: $80.99
n
