Experienced Skin Therapist / Dermal Therapist

ROC Skin & Body is a Melbourne CBD clinic focused on acne, congestion, professional extraction and skin recovery. You'll work directly with the owner and receive paid 1:1 training and mentoring in acne assessment, professional extraction, treatment planning and skin recovery. The role involves working with experienced clients, noticing changes in skin, assessing how it recovered from previous treatments, and maintaining detailed treatment notes.

Key responsibilities

- Provide skin therapy treatments with a focus on acne, congestion, professional extraction and skin recovery
- Assess client skin and make treatment decisions based on individual needs
- Conduct professional extractions and corrective skin treatments
- Maintain detailed treatment notes and track client progress
- Build and manage your own client base
- Recommend products and treatments that genuinely help clients

About you

- Beauty Therapy, Dermal Therapy or equivalent qualification required




- Professional experience working directly with skin and clients
- Experience with acne, extraction, peels or corrective skin treatments is a strong advantage
- Mature, reliable and extremely detail-oriented
- Confident in your abilities but comfortable asking for guidance and learning
- Genuinely motivated to become better at understanding and treating skin
- Paid 1:1 training and mentoring
