Doutta Galla Aged Services – Queens Park in Moonee Ponds is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to lead resident‐focused clinical care, care planning and regular assessments.
Reporting to the Resident Services Manager, this full‐time role supports RNs/ENs, drives best practices, ensures mandatory reporting, AN‐ACC activities and palliative care standards while upholding dignity and independence for residents.
AHPRA RN registration is required.
