Job Description
We are looking for anexperienced Medical Receptionist with solid customer service and organisational skills to join our busy Practice.
This is a casual position with varying hours per week and weekend shifts included, along with additional holiday & sick relief hours at times, the successful candidate must be versatile with availability.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised, self-motivated person that has the ability to multi-task.
Experience in a similar role within general practice preferred.
Knowledge in Medicare and Best Practice experience is highly desirable.
You will be responsible for:
Handlingofincoming calls
Delivery of premium customer service
Booking ofGPand Allied Health appointments
Receipting of Medicare, HICAPS& private billings
Demonstrated skills include:
Ableto workunder pressure
Excellent time management & organisational skills
Excellent customer service
Friendly and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Immediate start preferred.
