We are continuing to grow and are looking for Medical Receptionists who want to be part of the HelloDR journey.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking friendly, organised and proactive Medical Receptionists to join the HelloDR team, working across our clinic network.

As one of the first points of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional and positive experience across our clinics.

You will support the day-to-day operations of our clinics and work closely with our doctors, nurses and wider healthcare teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include

- Welcoming patients and providing friendly, professional service
- Managing appointments, bookings and patient enquiries
- Answering and managing incoming phone calls
- Processing billing, payments and Medicare-related administration
- Maintaining accurate patient information and records
- Supporting doctors, nurses and other members of the healthcare team
- Assisting with general reception and clinic administration
- Contributing to organised, efficient and welcoming clinic environments
- Representing the HelloDR brand and our commitment to a positive patient experience
- Working flexibly across HelloDR locations as required

ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people,



takes pride in providing excellent service and can remain organised in a busy healthcare environment.

Previous General Practice experience is highly regarded; however we would also love to hear from people with strong backgrounds in administration or reception-based customer service who are looking to move into healthcare.

You will also have

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A professional, reliable and patient-focused approach
- Knowledge of Best Practice software, highly regarded
- Experience using Microsoft Teams, highly regarded
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, highly regarded
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Availability to work across clinic operating hours, with shifts scheduled between 7:00am and 9:00pm Monday–Friday, and 7:00am and 6:00pm on weekends
- Flexibility to work a combination of weekday and weekend shifts across our clinic network as required
