Air Conditioning Installers – 3rd & 4th Year Apprentices, Qualified & Licensed Tradespeople

Hero Home Services is looking for motivated people to join our Air Conditioning division. Whether you’re a third or fourth year apprentice, a qualified tradesperson or a licensed installer, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for people with experience installing split systems and ducted air conditioning, who take pride in their workmanship and deliver great customer service.

What you’ll be doing:

- Installing split and ducted air conditioning systems, with responsibilities suited to your experience and qualifications.
- Working with the team to deliver neat, professional installations.
- Communicating clearly with customers and treating their homes with care.
- Using ServiceM8 to manage job information, photos and updates.
- Keeping work areas clean and following protected work practices.

What we’re looking for:

- A third or fourth year air conditioning apprentice, qualified tradesperson or licensed tradesperson.




- Practical installation skills appropriate to your experience.
- A reliable attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Someone who works well in a team and is willing to learn.
- A valid driver’s licence.
