- Groundi Cafe is hiring for a Café All-Rounder role

- 1 year experience coffee making required

- Part time hours ranging from 25-30 hours p/week

- Required days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Groundi Coffee Lounge is located on the ground floor of the Myer Eastland Shopping Centre at . The café offers a variety of menu items in a welcoming atmosphere.

A Café All-Rounder is a versatile team member responsible for various tasks to ensure smooth café operations.

Key responsibilities include

- Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

- Food and Beverage Preparation: Assisting in preparing and serving food items, including making sandwiches, coffee, other beverages.

- Cash Handling: Operating the cash register, processing payments, and managing transactions accurately.





- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness in dining and service areas, including clearing tables and washing dishes.

- Stock Management: Monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and informing management of shortages.

- Team Collaboration: Working closely with other staff members to ensure productive service and a positive work environment.This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in hospitality is beneficial but not necessary.
