Independent contractor ABN Western Sydney

Sunshine Providers is building a small team of reliable residential cleaning contractors for homes across the Hawkesbury, Blacktown and Hills districts. Our initial services include recurring maintenance cleans, Signature deep cleans and NDIS home cleaning.

We are looking for people who take pride in careful work, communicate clearly and understand the responsibility of working in someone’s home. This opportunity may suit experienced cleaners, support workers with strong domestic-service experience, or parents returning to flexible work who already operate or are ready to operate a genuine cleaning business.

What the work involves

- Residential maintenance and detailed deep cleaning.
- Weekday and Saturday jobs offered according to client demand and your stated availability.
- Working independently and occasionally as part of a two-person team.
- Completing a job checklist and reporting issues promptly.
- Respectful cleaning in private homes, including some NDIS participant homes.

What you need

- An active ABN and genuine independent contracting business.
- Relevant cleaning experience preferred but training can be provided.




- Current public liability insurance or willingness to arrange it before engagement.
- Reliable vehicle, licence and approved cleaning equipment. Sunshine may provide some cleaning equipment.
- Smartphone and confidence using digital job information.
- National police check and any screening required for allocated work.
- Robust spoken and written English for safety and client communication.
- Availability for at least two to three days, including some weekend capacity.

What Sunshine supplies

- Approved cleaning products, consumables and job-specific information.
- Clear service scopes, safety expectations and quality checklists.
- Induction and access to suitable job opportunities.
- Agreed contractor fees and payment terms before work is accepted.

Engagement is subject to document checks, references, equipment inspection, a paid practical assessment and a signed contractor agreement. Pay: From $35.00 per hour
