About Kollab Healthcare
Kollab Healthcare is a mobile physiotherapy service delivering personalised, home-based care across Sydney. We’re a registered NDIS provider supporting older adults and people living with disability in the Inner West, St George, Sutherland Shire, Georges River and surrounding areas. Our approach is collaborative and patient-centred, focused on mobility, independence and quality of life, working closely with families, carers and support coordinators.
We’re deliberately small, which means you’ll deal directly with the person who knows your clients.
The opportunity
We’re looking for a physiotherapist to cover four established clients — three aged care and one NDIS — across St George and the Sutherland Shire, for a five-week block from mid-October to mid-November while our principal physiotherapist is on leave.
The schedule is fixed
- Wednesday mid-morning — 2 clients, 45 minutes each
- Thursday mid-morning — 2 clients, 45 minutes each
Around 1.5 to 2 hours each morning including travel. Clients are clustered close together, and all are regular weekly clients on established programs. You’ll have a full clinical handover, with written goals and programs, before you begin. A small, predictable commitment that works well alongside existing clients or contracts.
How this works
This is an independent contractor engagement, not an employed position. You’ll work under your own ABN and invoice for the visits you complete, carry your own skilled indemnity and personal accident insurance, and decide which referrals you accept.
No exclusivity.
What we’re looking for
Someone thorough, practical, and easy for clients and their families to talk to.
- AHPRA registered Physiotherapist
- Experience with older adults in community, home-based or aged care settings
- Confident with exercise prescription and progression, and manual therapy where clinically indicated
- Strong clinical reasoning, with sound judgement about when to escalate or refer on
- Reliable, organised and timely with documentation
- Available Wednesday and Thursday mid-mornings for the full five weeks
- ABN, professional indemnity and personal accident insurance, police check, First Aid and CPR, current NSW driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (needed for one of the four clients)
