About the role We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic All Rounders to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

You will support the day-to-day operation of our stores while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and exceptional customer service
- Serve gelato, coffee and other products
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee
- Maintain store cleanliness, presentation and hygiene standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Support daily store operations
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for every customer
- Work across multiple store locations as required

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, fast food or hospitality environment
- At least 6 months' experience in an all-rounder or similar role
- Barista experience is highly regarded
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A friendly, outgoing and positive attitude
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating great customer experiences
- Availability to work weekends
- Ability and willingness to travel to all of our store locations — Hamilton, Bowen Hills and New Farm
- Permanent, unrestricted working rights in Australia
