All positions require flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, public holidays, and school holiday periods.

Guest Service Generalist (Casual)

As a Guest Service Generalist, you'll be at the heart of our operation, delivering exceptional service across multiple departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Resort Operations.

What You'll Bring:

- Genuine passion for customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
- Professional presentation and grooming standards
- Ability to work across a variety of operational areas
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and school holiday periods
- Current driver's licence (preferred)

Room Attendant (Casual)

Our Room Attendants play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming workplace.

What You'll Bring:

- Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred
- High attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Friendly and professional approach to guest service
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and peak holiday periods

Food & Beverage Attendant (Casual)

Join our vibrant Food & Beverage team and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. This varied role may involve front-of-house service, coffee making, beverage service, and assisting with food preparation.

What You'll Bring:

- Previous Food & Beverage experience
- Barista skills and a passion for coffee
- Experience preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Food safety knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional presentation and grooming standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends





Chef de Partie (Full Time)

If you enjoy welcoming people, love valuable food, and take pride in creating memorable dining experiences, we'd love you to join our kitchen team as a Chef de Partie. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will assist in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, menu development, food preparation, stock control, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, produce, and present food to a high standard
- Maintain HACCP and food safety compliance
- Assist with menu planning and development
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as required
- Minimise food wastage through effective kitchen practices
- Work collaboratively to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests

What You'll Bring:

- Relevant trade qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or commercial kitchen environment
- Passion for food quality and guest service
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
