About The Role: The Housing & Property Services Officer position is responsible for the provision of property and tenancy management services associated with the agency’s owned and leased properties. The position ensures ongoing consultation and communication with a diverse group of stakeholders, including tenant’s real estate agents, contractors, government agencies, local authorities and departmental staff, to ensure that a customer focussed service is delivered.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and resilient individual with strong customer service skills and the ability to manage a varied workload in a regional environment. You build productive relationships with tenants, contractors and community stakeholders demonstrate sound judgement, and communicate effectively in challenging or sensitive situations. A genuine respect for cultural diversity, particularly Aboriginal cultures and communities is essential, along with a commitment to delivering quality housing and property services.
