Looking for an HR systems and data role where you can get hands-on with systems administration, data management and problem solving? We're looking for an HR Systems & Data Officer to join our People & Capability team at Darra on a fixed-term maternity leave contract.

It's a great time to join. You'll support our existing HR and learning systems while contributing to ongoing system improvements and the transition to our new Learning Management System. You’ll also have the opportunity to support the final stages of our new performance system implementation.

Reporting to the Senior Partner REM, Systems & Capability, you'll be the go-to person for our HR and Learning systems, keeping our data accurate and our processes working effectively while supporting team queries, improvements and reporting across the P&C; team.

Your Opportunity In this role you will:

- Maintain HR master data and organisational structures in SAP, including new starters, changes, terminations and position management, working closely with Payroll, P&C; and IT
- Act as the first point of contact for HR systems, process and data queries, including the HR Support and Training inbox
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate to external vendors where needed
- Extract, analyse and prepare people data for regular, ad hoc and statutory reporting
- Support data governance and quality assurance to keep our people data accurate and reliable
- Train employees and leaders on our people systems and identify opportunities to improve and automate processes
- Contribute to the implementation of our new Learning Management System implementation, including configuration, testing, learning content and rollout activities, and support the final stages of our performance system implementation





What You’ll Bring

- 2+ years' experience in a role closely aligned to HR systems and data
- Experience maintaining HRIS data, with SAP HR highly regarded
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with HR data analysis and reporting
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance or Learning modules is highly advantageous. Implementation experience is a bonus but not essential
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels across Australia
- A relevant degree qualification, such as a Bachelor of Business (HR), is desirable
