We are seeking a full-time HR Workforce Planner to join our team.

About the Role – your tasks will predominately include:

◼️ Coordinate recruitment and maintain staff capacity, including onboarding and offboarding

◼️ Work closely with operation managers for successful job execution

◼️ Maintain multiple job fronts according to clients’ requirements, including specific training, accommodation and compliance

◼️ Liaise between workers and appropriate lines of management

◼️ Maintain employment and training records.

To be suitable for this role: ◼️ Referenced experienced in similar role with transferrable skills is advantageous

◼️ Experience with mining and/or port onboarding is advantageous

◼️ Ability to prioritise and multi-task

◼️ Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite

◼️Good Communication skills - ability to maintain working relationships
