About the Role n

As a UX/UI Designer at Seisma, you'll contribute to the design and delivery of Salesforce-powered solutions across practice. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business analysts, developers, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into straightforward and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs aligned with user and business needs
n
- Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, human-centered interfaces
n
- Design Salesforce Lightning UI components with a focus on consistency and usability
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to run discovery sessions, user testing, and iterative feedback loops
n
- Ensure compliance with accessibility and brand standards
n




- Work within Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to design handoffs and documentation
n

What You’ll Bring nn
- 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in enterprise or government projects
n
- Experience working on Salesforce platforms (especially Lightning Experience)
n
- Exposure to the Solution Design Services Programme (SDSP)
n
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
n
- Strong understanding of responsive design and component-based design systems
n
- Ability to present and communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
n
- A collaborative mindset and user-first approach to problem solving
n
