Rin Kim Law is a well-established boutique personal injury law firm based in Brisbane CBD, with a strong practice across CTP, WorkCover and public liability matters.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join our team.

The Role n

You will manage your own personal injury caseload with the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Managing CTP, WorkCover and public liability matters from intake to settlement
n
- Providing practical legal advice to clients
n
- Preparing for and attending compulsory conferences and settlement negotiations
n
- Liaising with insurers, counsel, medical specialists and other stakeholders
n
- Progressing matters efficiently and maintaining high standards of file management
n

About You n

You will ideally have:

n

n




- 4+ years PAE in personal injury law
n
- Experience in CTP, WorkCover and/or public liability claims
n
- Ability to independently manage a caseload
n
- Strong drafting, negotiation and organisational skills
n

n

Applications are welcomed at both Associate and Senior Associate level, with remuneration commensurate with experience.
