Senior Program Manager – Insurance Technology Transformation Sydney | Major Enterprise Transformation | General Insurance

We are partnering with a leading general insurance organisation undertaking a significant transformation across its underwriting technology and operating setting.

n

This is a senior delivery role responsible for leading complex technology transformation across underwriting, policy and core insurance platforms , working across business, technology and senior stakeholders.

The Role n

n
- Lead a major insurance technology transformation program
n
- Deliver change across underwriting, policy administration and associated platforms
n
- Manage multiple technology and business workstreams across a complex environment
n
- Work closely with underwriting, product, operations and technology teams
n
- Lead program governance, SteerCo reporting, RAID and complex dependencies
n
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors and delivery partners
n
- Drive platform modernisation, process simplification and improved business outcomes
n
- Support opportunities across data, automation and AI
n
- Manage program budgets,



delivery plans, resources and key milestones
n
- Ensure effective transition from transformation into BAU
n

About You nn
- Experienced Senior Program Manager with a track record delivering large, complex technology programs
n
- Strong general insurance experience
n
- Experience across underwriting, policy administration or core insurance platforms
n
- Broader claims transformation experience will also be highly regarded
n
- Strong business-facing capability — able to work effectively with senior insurance stakeholders
n
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs
n
- Strong executive and SteerCo communication
n
- Comfortable operating across complex matrix environments
n
- Able to bring together business, technology, product, data and vendors
n
- Pragmatic, hands-on delivery style with the ability to operate at a strategic level
n
