Business Services Manager – Warwick | Lead the Practice Within 2 Years n

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Business Services professional to step into a Manager role in Warwick with a clear runway to Practice Principal within two years.

You’ll take on a diverse portfolio of business services and tax clients, leading a small team while being backed by the resources, technical support and career structure of a broader group. This isn’t a standalone office left to fend for itself. You’ll have access to specialist support across audit, financial planning and finance, along with a genuine succession plan mapped out from day one.

The Role n

- Manage a wide-ranging portfolio of business services and tax clients across a range of entities
n
- Review work prepared by accountants within the team
n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
n
- Mentor and develop junior and intermediate staff
n




- Work closely with the Principal on practice strategy and growth
n
- Step into a leadership pathway with the practice earmarked to be led by you within 2 years
n

About You nn
- CA or CPA qualified
n
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a public practice environment
n
- Strong technical skills across tax, compliance and business advisory
n
- Proven ability to manage and review a team’s work
n
- Genuine interest in a long‑term leadership career, not just a job
n
- Clear and supported pathway to lead the practice within 2 years
n
- Backed by a broader group for workflow, technical, HR and operational support
n
- WFH flexibility (2 days per week)
n
