Job Description

Yo-Bar is seeking an experienced Team Leader to support the Store Manager in delivering a high-performing, high-energy store. You will lead from the front during shifts, energising the team and driving exceptional customer experiences in a rapid-paced environment.

This hands-on role requires weekend and evening availability, with a focus on coaching, training, and developing staff to meet store KPIs and maintain top-tier cleanliness and food safety standards.
