Job Description
Gambaro Hospitality Group is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie for Black Hide Queen's Wharf in Brisbane on a casual basis.
You will support the pastry section and help deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests.
Ideal candidates will have the ability to prepare and present high-quality desserts, plated desserts, pastries, cakes, and baked goods, with prior Pastry Chef de Partie experience in a quick-paced kitchen.
Night shifts and one full day on Sunday or Monday are preferred.
