RACV Ballarat is seeking a friendly, phone-based specialist for our inbound contact centre.
You'll join a supportive Member Engagement team, complete a fully paid training program, and become proficient in our systems, customer service, and product knowledge.
This permanent part time role runs 1:30pm–6:30pm, Monday to Friday with hybrid work.
You'll drive sales, deliver personalised conversations, and help ensure a seamless member experience across channels.
