About the Role

n

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Grade 2 Registered Nurse to join the 10West team on a permanent basis. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated nurse who is looking for a rewarding and challenging role within our dynamic and supportive team.

n

Duties:

n

n
- Practices in accordance with the professional standards, codes and behaviours that are regulated through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
n
- Works collaboratively within scope of practice to ensure the efficient, effective and responsive operation of the allocated work unit.
n
- Supports and encourages patient’s and their families understanding of care delivery and care planning through effective and timely communication with patients, team members, and the community.
n
- Ensures clinical interventions are evidence-based and consistent with policy, standard and clinical practice guidelines prescribed by SVHM.
n

Classifications for this position will range between YP3 – YP9 ($86,580.00 - $107,510.00 per annum, pro rata).

n

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

n

n
- Bachelor of Nursing which meets the registration requirements of the Nursing and Midwifery board of Australia
n
- Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
n
- Previous experience in stroke and neurology preferred
n
- Current National criminal history check applicable)
n
