Job Description

Caterpillar Inc. is offering a 18–24 month Pre-field Rep – Marketing & Sales Operations Development program. You’ll rotate through hands-on training, global exposure, and mentorship to build capabilities for future field roles supporting dealers and customers.

The program includes international learning trips, cross-functional assignments, and leadership guidance. Travel up to 30% and relocation within Australia are required; visa sponsorship is not available.
