REC is seeking a Senior/Lead Tailings Engineer to lead tailings and geotechnical projects from Melbourne. You’ll mentor engineers, manage client relationships, and coordinate multi-disciplinary work with the Perth leadership team. The role offers autonomy and a pathway to shape the Melbourne office culture and project delivery.

You will report to senior leadership, relocate if needed, and contribute to a growing portfolio across mining, wastewater and containment projects.
