Brisbane City Council is seeking a Console Support Officer in the Network Coordination Centre (NCC) to help keep the city’s public transport moving safely and efficiently.

In a quick-paced operational environment, you will monitor services in real time, communicate with frontline staff and coordinate responses to incidents, disruptions and network issues, while maintaining records and escalating significant problems as required.
