This is a Full-time Permanent opportunity working Monday - Friday between 7am and 7pm on a rotating roster.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Effectively manage a high volume of both inbound/outbound calls.
Resolve,



manage and escalat[e] problems logged by our customers.
Accurately capture data and work to realistic KPI's.
Provide exceptional service at every chance by building relationships and rapport with your customer, both internal and external.
You will be required to:
12 months experience working on a helpdesk/call centre–Preferred.
Exceptional customer service focus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail.
Attend 2 weeks on site paid training
