We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeableParts Interpreterto join our busy Parts team.

About the role
As a Parts Interpreter, you will play an significant role in supporting our workshop, customers and Parts department.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and supplying automotive parts accurately and efficiently
Interpreting parts requirements from technicians, customers and service staff
Preparing parts orders and assisting with stock control
Ordering parts from suppliers and following up on backorders
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Assisting with retail and trade parts enquiries




Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the Parts department is organised
Working closely with the Service, Workshop and Sales teams
Ensuring customers and technicians receive the right parts when they need them
About you
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in automotive parts, spare parts or a related automotive role
Has a positive understanding of automotive components and terminology
Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Has solid communication and customer service skills
Can work effectively as part of a team
Is organised, reliable and willing to learn
Can work confidently in a busy dealership environment
Experience with automotive parts catalogues and dealer systems will be highly regarded.
