What You'll Be Doing n

- Speaking with customers interested in reviewing their energy options

- Understanding their current provider, usage and needs
n
- Explaining suitable electricity and gas options simply
n
- Helping customers take the next step
n
- Working toward daily sales targets and team goals
n
- Delivering a positive, compliant customer experience

About You

n

You're confident on the phone, hungry to perform and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. You enjoy the buzz of a strong team culture, love a bit of banter, and know how to turn good conversations into great outcomes.

n

Experience in sales, call centre, retail, telco, utilities, insurance or customer-facing roles will set you up well.

n
