We are seeking an experienced People, Culture and Quality Coordinator support the recruitment, retention, and compliance of staff across the organisation, including oversight of the volunteer pool and student placement hours.

About the Role

The People, Culture & Quality (PCQ) Coordinator plays a key part in strengthening workforce capability, embedding a positive and accountable workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislative, regulatory, and quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and applicable NDIS Practice Standards.

This position is fixed term for twelve months to create capacity for the broader PCQ team to focus on the delivery of key strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end to end recruitment processes including advertising, screening and onboarding

Coordinate employment documentation, compliance checks, and workforce records

Coordinate staff training, mandatory compliance requirements, and professional development activities

Provide advice and support on people related policies,



procedures, and industrial matters within scope

Maintain quality and compliance registers, including incident, feedback, and improvement logs

Assist in monitoring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, WHS obligations, and other legislative requirements

About You

You are a values driven HR skilled, who strives to deliver high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle to facilitate a positive employee experience.

What You Will Bring

Qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Quality, Compliance or related fields

Demonstrated ability to support a high performing, positive team culture

Understanding of the Fair Work Act and Work, Health, and Safety legislative requirements

Awareness of the Aged Care and Disability Service sector’s compliance obligations including Practice Standards

Strong time management skills, prioritising ability, and attention to detail

Current NSW Driver’s licence

NDIS Clearance and Working With Children Check
