We'relooking for an experienced Client Services Manager to join our Melbourne office. Working closely with a Partner of the firm,you'llsupport a sophisticated client base by coordinating client matters, implementing approvedrecommendationsand delivering high quality service.This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of client relationships and administration within a collaborative and supportive private wealth environment.

Position Overview

The Client Services Manager is responsible for providing high quality client service and administrative support to a Partner of the firm in managing a high net worth client base. The role plays an important part in coordinating ongoing client matters, implementing approvedrecommendationsand ensuring clients receive responsive and professional service.This particular role is suited to a more advanced CSM that is capable of being involved in the preparation of advice and some paraplanning insights; a solid pathway for continued development and learning.

Working closely with the Partner, the Client Services Manager will coordinate client matters and investmentadministration, whilst ensuring agreed actions are completed accurately and efficiently. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, professional communication and a sound understanding of financial planning,



investmentproductsand ongoing portfolio administration.Excellent written communication skills will be highly valued.

As a key member of the team, the Client Services Manager will contribute to the continued success of Garnaut Private Wealth through exceptional client service, effectivecollaborationand a commitment to high professional standards.

- Provide prompt and professional service to clients, their accountantsand business contacts.
- Coordinate ongoing client matters and provide clients with progress updates andappropriate follow-up.
- Coordinate the implementation of approved recommendations and authorised client instructions.
- Prepare investment reviews, portfolioreportsand supporting client documentation.
- Contribute to the preparation of some advice documentation.
- Process and follow up investment transactions, account applications and related client documentation while maintaining accurate and compliant client records.
- Monitor implementation and transactions through to completion and promptly escalating any issues or delays.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in client services or a similar role within the financial advice or wealth management industry.
- Sound understanding of financial planning and ongoing portfolio administration.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a professional approach to client service.
- Solid organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership and follow matters through to completion.
