Job Description

Murrumbidgee Local Health District is seeking a Senior Industrial Relations Specialist to provide expert advice and strategic guidance on employment and industrial relations matters within a large health service.

The role supports Directors and General Managers, handles complex employee relations issues, and represents MLHD in negotiations with tribunals and industrial associations. A tertiary qualification in Law/Industrial Relations is expected, with NSW practicing certificate highly regarded.
