We are looking for caring, dependable and compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our team for Night Duty.

If you take pride in making people feel safe, respected and cared for, and you value the quiet but meaningful moments that happen overnight, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Night Duty PCW, you will be an important part of our overnight care team, helping residents feel comfortable, secure and supported throughout the night.

Your role may include:

- Providing personal care and assistance in line with each resident’s individual needs.

- Supporting residents with toileting, continence care, repositioning and mobility.

- Helping residents settle comfortably and safely throughout the night.

- Responding with patience and kindness when residents wake or require assistance.

- Providing reassurance, companionship and a calm presence during the overnight hours.

- Supporting residents to maintain their dignity, privacy and independence.

- Observing residents and reporting any changes in their wellbeing to the appropriate team member.

- Following individual care plans, workplace procedures and protected work practices.

- Maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment.

- Completing accurate documentation and providing clear handovers.

- Working respectfully and collaboratively with the wider care team.

Aged care experience and relevant qualifications are highly regarded, but we also welcome people who are looking to build their career in aged care and bring the right attitude, commitment and willingness to learn.
