Senior KYC Analyst – Client Lifecycle Management

This is a broad client lifecycle role covering KYC, AML/CTF and ongoing account maintenance across a diverse client base. You will work closely with Sales, Compliance and Financial Crime teams, providing guidance on client due diligence while ensuring documentation and reviews meet both internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

- Completing KYC, Client Identification Program (CIP) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews
- Managing periodic and event-driven client reviews
- Conducting PEP reviews and assessing relevant AML/CTF risk factors
- Reviewing client ownership structures and identifying beneficial owners and controlling parties
- Assessing Source of Wealth, Source of Funds and Total Net Worth information
- Reviewing documentation provided by clients and Sales teams, identifying gaps or inconsistencies
- Maintaining accurate KYC documentation, approvals and client records within internal systems
- Monitoring outstanding documentation and ensuring cases are completed within required timeframes




- Working closely with Sales to provide practical guidance around KYC and AML/CTF requirements
- Responding to queries from Compliance, Financial Crime, Audit and other internal stakeholders

About you

- Previous experience across KYC, client onboarding, periodic reviews or broader client lifecycle management within financial services
- Robust understanding of AML/CTF requirements, complex ownership structures, Source of Wealth and Source of Funds
- Experience handling higher-risk or more complex client cases
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities, working to deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with Sales, Compliance and other stakeholders
- Around 5+ years of relevant financial services experience preferred
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Banking or a related discipline, although equivalent industry experience will also be considered
