St Scholastica’s College Boarding House Supervisors work closely with all the Boarding House staff to ensure all students experience a safe, supportive and homely environment.

n
n

We are looking for a compassionate and team-oriented individual with a genuine interest in student wellbeing to join our residential boarding team. This is a great opportunity to join a passionate and dedicated team, where care, integrity, and student wellbeing and development is at the heart of everything we do.

The remuneration package includes the provision of accommodation and meals during term time. The position requires flexibility to work late nights, evenings and weekends.

- A commitment to child safety and wellbeing, with a willingness to contribute to the ongoing implementation of the College's Child Safe Program and compliance with Child Secure Standards.

nQualifications and Training: n
n

n
- Experience working with adolescents in a residential, educational, boarding or youth setting
n
- Current First Aid certificate
n
- Willingness to undertake the ABSA Duty of Care Course
n
- Previous boarding experience will be highly regarded
n
- A medium-rigid bus licence is desirable.
n
