HULL MAINTENANCE CREW MEMBER POSITION

Here’s how you’ll be a part of our team:

- Full Time Hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Located in Brooklyn, NSW, just 25 minutes from Gosford or Hornsby​

Fenwicks Marina, an award-winning facility on the Hawkesbury River, is seeking a Hull Maintenance Crew Member to become an integral part of our daily operations. ​

Your Typical Day Will Focus On

- Responsible for antifouling, PropSpeeding and updating anodes to the Fenwicks standard.
- Hull polishing sits between our contractors and the team, so supporting and learning washing and detailing over time will be part of your role if you would like it to be.
- Working closely alongside the lifting team to keep vessels moving smoothly through the yard.
- Working within the safe work guidelines shared with the team.
- Bringing a can-do attitude and adaptability to support both the boatyard and lifting teams.
- Working seamlessly with maintenance staff and yard team to ensure smooth operations.




- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the work environment, as we keep a high standard to a neat and tidy yard.

What You’ll Bring to The Role
- Prior experience in a marina or boatyard setting is advantageous but not essential.
- Boat License or willingness to obtain one.
- Demonstrated physical fitness with the ability to handle heavy objects.
- Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
- Safety-conscious mindset and dedication to following safety protocols.
- Adaptability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A positive attitude and a solid work ethic.
