Job Role The HR Business Partner provides operational human resource support across the College, delivering timely, customer‑focused advice and coordination across a range of HR processes. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and liaises with Training Sector Employee Services (TSES) in relation to recruitment, establishment, and payroll matters.
