Technical Support | Refrigeration & Air Conditioning | Multiple Australian Locations What's on offer

About the Role Love solving technical problems and helping people find the right solution? This is an opportunity to put your refrigeration and air-conditioning expertise to work in a role that goes beyond traditional technical support.

You'll provide technical advice to customers, service agents and internal teams while staying connected to the products through field, workshop and service exposure.

You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to training, warranty support, service processes and product feedback — giving you plenty of variety and ways to use your industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical advice and support to trade and retail customers
- Assist with customer complaints and technical enquiries
- Support service agents with repairs and service requirements
- Assist with warranty claims, warranty parts and labour claims




- Support spare parts personnel with technical information and order requirements
- Attend service calls and commissioning activities for training
- Assist in the workshop where required
- Provide limited product installation support
- Assist with developing training materials and training service agents
- Keep product and technical knowledge up to date
- Prepare service reports and provide feedback on product issues
- Assist with developing service procedures and processes
- Support field service claims and spare parts orders
- Identify and report persistent or unusual technical issues

About You To be successful you'll have:

- Refrigeration and Air Conditioning trade qualifications
- Current ARCtick licence
- Supervisors or Contractors licence
- Customer service experience
- Relevant industry and field experience
- Strong technical and product knowledge
- Valuable computer skills
- A logical and practical approach to problem solving
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine customer focus
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
