What you'll be doing?

- Fault finding and servicing: Take the lead on diagnosing issues and completing service work across general HVAC systems, leaving installations to the rest of the team.
- In-home technical expertise: Apply robust instructional knowledge of HVAC installation, repairs and service calls to support clients in their homes.
- Delivering great customer service: Provide clients with a positive, professional experience at every visit, building trust and satisfaction along the way.
- Advising on system upgrades: Help customers understand their options by explaining the benefits of replacing ageing, inefficient or underperforming systems.
- Mentoring the next generation:



Play a role in a growing team by sharing knowledge and supporting less experienced technicians as they develop their skills.

Who are they looking for?

- Construction White Card: Holding a current Construction Induction Safety certificate is required to work safely on site.
- Refrigeration licence: A current refrigeration licence is needed to carry out HVAC service and repair work in line with industry regulations.
- Client-focused approach: A genuine commitment to delivering excellent service and ensuring every client feels looked after and satisfied.
- Fault diagnosis skills: Confidence diagnosing issues across multiple brands of heating and cooling systems is highly valued.
- Reliability and attention to detail: Punctuality, dependability and a thorough approach to work help build trust with both the team and clients.
- Motivated and goal-driven: Enjoying the challenge of working towards individual and shared team goals, with a collaborative mindset.
- HVAC experience: Prior experience in HVAC services is preferred, though 4th year apprentices are also welcomed to apply.
