This opportunity is suited to someone looking to step into a position where they can lead the division, providing both technical and strategic direction across the hydraulic function.

As you would expect, day-to-day matters will span a mixture of office and site, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Technical design oversight, QA and sign-off
- Leading projects and ensuring successful delivery
- Client and external stakeholder interfacing at a senior level
- Leading and mentoring engineers across the hydraulic team
- Internal team management and capability development
- Attending and leading meetings
- Contributing to business growth and direction

About you

You are an experienced Hydraulic Engineer operating at Principal, Associate Director or Senior Associate level,



with a background in engineering consulting within building services, and a strong understanding of Australian codes and standards. You are confident leading teams, managing clients, and taking accountability for technical delivery, while also being motivated by the opportunity to take ownership and play a key role in shaping a business.

The client is significantly motivated to engage the right person, and will negotiate a salary circa $175 - $180k superannuation.
