We’re seeking hands-on hydromulch operators who can drive, load, mix and assist in hydromulch and hydroseeding operations across South East and Regional QLD.

You’ll drive the hydroseeding truck, help prepare and load materials, and work alongside your crew applying product on-site.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Assist with loading, mixing and preparing hydromulch blends.




- Operate the hydroseeder unit and hoses during application.
- Work with the team on erosion control and site setup.
- Carry out basic equipment checks and maintenance.
- Travel across SE and Regional QLD as required.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

- Current Drivers Licence and Vehicle
- Construction White Card.
- Preferred experience withhydromulch or hydroseeding.
- Physically fit and confident with hands-on outdoor work.
- Reliable, self-motivated and willing to travel when required.
- Commitment to safety, teamwork and quality outcomes.
