IAM Engineer

? 6-month-plus contract

? $510 per day

? Melbourne CBD based, hybrid setting

Take a senior, hands-on role supporting critical identity services within a large 24/7 enterprise environment. You will act as the technical escalation point across SailPoint, Radiator and RSA Authentication Manager while driving service stability, incident resolution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the technical lead and SME for SailPoint, Radiator RADIUS and RSA Authentication Manager
- Deliver hands-on L3 and L4 incident, problem and service request support
- Lead major incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and long-term fixes
- Support IAM integrations, performance tuning, monitoring and service health checks
- Improve automation, runbooks,



operating procedures and knowledge documentation
- Participate in on-call support for critical IAM services in a 24/7 environment

Key Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud
- Deep knowledge of Radiator RADIUS Server and RSA Authentication Manager
- Proven L3 or L4 production support and major incident management experience
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, MFA, provisioning, RBAC and governance
- ITIL knowledge and strong stakeholder communication skills
- CyberArk, Okta, Active Directory, Azure, AWS or scripting experience is advantageous
