Pay: A$75,000.00-A$95,000.00 per year To expand our team, Cyber Computer Recycling and Disposal Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified ICT Customer Support Officer. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support to employees, maintain computer systems and networks, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with the reliable operation of the organisation's ICT environment.

Job Responsibilities

- Providing technical support to hardware, software and operating system problems.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware, software and peripheral equipment.
- Diagnosing and resolving computer and network problems.
- Assisting users with the operation and use of computer systems and applications.
- Installing and configuring network and communication equipment.




- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Maintaining records of equipment, faults, repairs and technical support activities.
- Escalating complex technical problems to appropriate IT specialists.
- Assisting with system upgrades, software installations and routine maintenance.
- Providing advice and guidance to users regarding IT systems, applications and equipment.
