Pay: A$65,000.00-A$80,000.00 per year To expand our team, Inventec WA Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified ICT Support Technician. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support to employees, maintain computer systems and networks, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with the reliable operation of the organisation's ICT environment.

Job Responsibilities

- Assemble, install, inspect, test and maintain computer equipment, electronic devices, IT assets and related equipment.
- Diagnose faults and repair, adjust or replace worn, damaged or defective components to restore equipment to operational condition.
- Perform installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment and related systems.
- Carry out commissioning and decommissioning of IT assets in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform secure data wiping and disposal of computers, storage devices and other IT assets in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain and service electrical,



electronic and instrumentation equipment in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance and testing of IT assets to ensure reliable operation.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment condition, maintenance activities, repairs and decommissioning.
- Perform installation and maintenance activities in accordance with workplace health and safety procedures, including working in hot or demanding environments where required.
- Assist with other technical and operational duties as reasonably assigned by management.
