About the Role

Duties

- Ensure staff are working together as a team to ensure optimum service to guests.




- Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure that the In Room Dining service runs efficiently.
- Assist management to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to effectively perform their jobs.
- Assist the team with general responsibilities during service.
- Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.

Skills & Experience

- Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
- I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)
- Experience working in supervisory role preferable
- Experience working in In Room Dining (or Food & Beverage outlet) required.
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia
